We gain a good understanding of what the client want and need. We assess how the position has been staffed in the past to uncover where employees come from and what their backgrounds are. We also analyze as much data as we can about the manager and the company. This process allows us to identify key commonalities to use and a foundation for a cohesive search strategy.
